Shipping policy
Every order is processed on business days (Monday–Friday), excluding public holidays, and please allow 1-2 business days to be processed. Orders received on weekends or public holidays will be processed the following business day. However, we endeavour to process the orders as quickly as possible.
Please note that the processing and shipping times may vary and take longer during peak promotional periods, holiday seasons, or new product launches. Shipping times do not include dispatch times.
You will receive a confirmation once your order has been shipped. Please ensure that you enter shipping information correctly to avoid any delivery issues, e.g., missing packages, stolen packages, or being left in unsafe places. The packages will not be replaced or refunded regarding those issues. It will be the customer's responsibility for the re-shipping cost for the orders to be returned to the sender.
